RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
At London Event Florist, every bouquet and floral arrangement is created individually using fresh, seasonal flowers. We take great care with every order and want your flowers to arrive looking beautiful.
FRESH FLOWERS & RETURNS
Fresh flowers and plants are perishable goods. Because of their nature, they cannot normally be returned simply because you have changed your mind.
This does not affect your statutory rights if your order is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise not supplied with reasonable care and skill.
FLOWER AVAILABILITY & SUBSTITUTIONS
Flowers are natural and seasonal, so individual varieties, colours and availability can vary.
Where a particular flower is unavailable or not of the quality we expect, our florists may make an appropriate substitution of similar style, colour, quality and value while preserving the overall character of the arrangement.
Florist's Choice arrangements are intentionally created using the flowers our florists consider particularly beautiful and suitable at the time.
PROBLEMS WITH YOUR FLOWERS
If your flowers arrive damaged, are significantly different from what you ordered, or you believe there is a problem with their quality, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
Where possible, please include your order number and clear photographs of the flowers so that we can investigate quickly.
Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate remedy may include a replacement, partial refund or full refund.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including the recipient's name, complete address, postcode and any relevant access instructions.
If we are unable to complete a delivery because the information supplied was incorrect or incomplete, additional delivery charges may apply if another delivery attempt is required.
CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Because flowers are ordered, prepared and arranged specifically for each order, cancellation or amendment may not always be possible once preparation, flower purchasing or production has begun.
Where we are able to accommodate a change, we will always do our best to help.
BESPOKE ORDERS, WEDDINGS, EVENTS & INSTALLATIONS
Bespoke floral commissions, weddings, events, corporate work and installations may be subject to separate quotations, contracts, payment schedules and cancellation terms.
Where separate written terms have been agreed for a project, those terms will apply to that project.
YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any rights you have under applicable UK consumer law.
