London Event Florist

Flower Delivery London

Beautiful flowers, delivered properly.

Sending flowers should be fairly straightforward.

You choose something beautiful, tell us where it needs to go, and we make sure it arrives looking exactly as it should.

London Event Florist delivers fresh flowers and arrangements across London from our studio in Chiswick.

Every bouquet is made by our florists using fresh seasonal flowers and prepared specifically for the person receiving it. We don't make hundreds of identical bouquets and leave them sitting around waiting for orders.

Your flowers are made for you.

Need flowers quickly?

Sometimes flowers aren't planned three days in advance.

Birthdays get forgotten. Dinner invitations suddenly appear. Somebody gets engaged. Somebody has a baby. Occasionally you simply decide that somebody deserves flowers today.

If you need an urgent London flower delivery, contact us.

If we have the flowers and the delivery capacity, we'll always tell you what we can realistically do.

We would much rather be straight with you than promise a delivery we can't make.

A few things worth knowing about delivery

We try to keep delivery as straightforward as possible. These are the things customers most often ask us about.

01

Choosing your delivery date

Where available, you can choose your preferred delivery date when ordering your flowers online.

We currently deliver Monday to Saturday.

We don't routinely deliver on Sundays or public holidays, so if you're ordering around a Bank Holiday it's worth allowing a little extra time.

02

Need a particular delivery time?

You can leave useful delivery information with your order.

If there's a concierge, reception desk, floor number, hospital ward or anything else our driver needs to know, please include it.

Exact timed deliveries aren't something we like to promise unless they have been specifically agreed with us.

London traffic has a personality of its own.

03

What if nobody is home?

If the recipient isn't available when we arrive, we'll use the information available to make the safest sensible decision.

Depending on the address, that may mean leaving the flowers with a concierge, reception desk or neighbour.

A correct telephone number for the recipient is always useful.

04

Delivery charges

Any applicable delivery charge will be shown when you order. All orders over £100 are delivered in London for FREE

Delivery costs can vary depending on the destination and the service required.

For unusual addresses, urgent deliveries or anything that needs special handling, contact us and we'll confirm what's possible before you order.

Where are the flowers going?

From private homes to hotels, offices and hospitals, a little extra information can make delivery much smoother.

Homes

For home deliveries, please make sure we have the full address, postcode and a useful telephone number.

If the property has a difficult entrance, security gate, separate apartment entrance or anything else worth knowing, add it to the delivery notes.

The more information we have, the easier it is to get the flowers safely to the right person.

Hotels & Offices

We regularly deliver flowers to hotels, offices and businesses throughout London.

Please include the recipient's full name, the company or hotel name, reception or department, floor number where relevant and a contact telephone number.

Most larger hotels and offices will accept flowers at reception on behalf of the recipient.

Hospitals

Hospital deliveries sometimes need a little more planning.

Please check that the hospital or ward is currently accepting flowers before ordering, as individual wards can have their own rules.

We'll need the patient's full name, hospital, ward where known and a contact number.

Sending flowers as a gift

Most of the flowers we deliver aren't actually being ordered for the person buying them.

They're going somewhere else.

So we understand that the experience at the other end matters.

Add an image of a beautifully wrapped bouquet

Your flowers are carefully presented and you can include a personal message with your order.

We won't include pricing with a gift delivery.

And if you're struggling with what to write on the card, don't worry. We've seen everything from beautifully written declarations of love to…

Sorry.
Sometimes one word really is enough.

What will the flowers actually look like?

The photographs on our website show the overall style, colour and feel of each arrangement.

Flowers, however, are seasonal.

What looks fantastic at the market this week may be different next week, so individual varieties can occasionally change.

If we make a substitution, we'll keep the same overall character, quality and value of the arrangement rather than forcing in a flower that isn't looking its best simply because it appeared in a photograph.

It's one of the advantages of buying flowers from an actual florist.
