CHRISTMAS INSTALLATIONS LONDON

LET'S DO SOMETHING SPECTACULAR

Bespoke Christmas installations for London hotels, restaurants, offices, retail spaces, venues and buildings — designed, made and installed from start to finish.
DISCUSS A CHRISTMAS PROJECT
CHRISTMAS, AT SCALE

THE BUILDING COMES FIRST

A great Christmas installation should look as though it belongs to the building.

We start with the architecture, interiors, brand and the way people move through the space. Then we work out how far Christmas should go.

That might mean an extraordinary entrance, a statement tree or a room transformed with foliage and light. Or it might mean taking over the entire building.

From the first sketch to the final decoration, our team designs, makes and installs the whole thing.

MAKE AN ENTRANCE

SUBTLE HAS ITS PLACE. SOMETIMES THIS ISN'T IT.

Christmas is one of the few times of year when a building can completely change character.

We create statement entrances, oversized wreaths, garlands, trees, illuminated displays and large-scale floral installations designed to stop people in their tracks.

The scale can be generous, theatrical or completely outrageous — but it still has to belong to the building.

YOUR SPACE. YOUR BRAND.

CHRISTMAS SHOULDN'T LOOK BORROWED

For commercial spaces, Christmas has to do more than look festive. It needs to feel like it belongs to the brand.

THE SPACE

We consider the architecture, interiors, scale, sightlines and how customers or guests experience the building.

THE BRAND

Colour, materials and decoration can be developed around your existing identity rather than forcing a traditional Christmas scheme where it doesn't belong.

THE IDEA

From elegant and restrained to gloriously theatrical, we develop a concept specifically for the space rather than starting with a catalogue of packages.
The result is recognisably Christmas. More importantly, it's recognisably yours.
FROM IDEA TO INSTALLATION

Where required, we assess the space, access and practical requirements, then develop the creative direction.

03

Structures, trees, garlands, decorations, flowers and bespoke elements are prepared before we arrive on site.

04

INSTALLATION

Our team delivers, builds, dresses and finishes the installation, coordinating with your venue, building or other contractors where required.

BEHIND THE BUILD

THE MAGIC REQUIRES A FAIR AMOUNT OF ENGINEERING

The finished installation is only half the story.

Behind it are site visits, measurements, structures, mechanics, thousands of decorations, boxes of foliage, vans, ladders and a team working to a very precise installation window.

Large Christmas projects are planned and prepared long before we arrive on site. Wherever possible, we build and finish elements in advance so installation can happen efficiently and with minimum disruption to the venue.

Then we make it all look as though it simply appeared overnight.

GO BEHIND THE SCENES
THE PRACTICAL SIDE

BIG IDEAS. VERY CAREFUL PLANNING.

Creating something spectacular is one thing. Getting it into a working London building without causing chaos is another.

ACCESS & TIMING

We plan around loading, access, building requirements and the installation window available.

WORKING VENUES

Where required, installations can be planned around opening hours, guests, customers, staff and other contractors.

LARGE-SCALE BUILDS

Bigger installations are carefully planned in advance, with as much preparation completed off site as practical.

AFTER CHRISTMAS

Dismantling and removal can be scheduled as part of the project so the entire installation has a clear beginning and end.

The creative idea gets the attention. Good logistics are what make it possible.

GOOD TO KNOW

PLANNING A CHRISTMAS INSTALLATION?

  • Large Christmas installations should be planned early. November and December installation dates become busy quickly.

  • Hotels, restaurants, bars, offices, retail, venues, hospitality spaces and other commercial buildings across London.

  • For larger projects, site visits can be arranged where needed to assess dimensions, access, architecture and installation requirements.

  • Yes. Larger installations are designed around the building, interiors, brand and brief rather than selected from standard packages.

  • Yes. Colour, materials, decorations, flowers and overall styling can be developed to complement an existing brand identity.

  • Yes. Projects can include façades, entrances, railings, oversized wreaths, garlands and other exterior festive installations, subject to the individual site and practical requirements.

  • Yes. Statement trees and decorated Christmas trees can form part of a wider installation.

  • Yes. Seasonal flowers and foliage can be incorporated alongside other suitable decorative materials depending on the design and environment.

  • Installation timings are discussed during planning and, where practical, can be arranged around the operational requirements of the building or venue.

  • Yes. For larger projects we can coordinate installation requirements with venue teams, building management and other relevant suppliers.

  • Every project is different. Cost depends on scale, design, materials, access, installation time and removal requirements. A budget indication at the beginning helps us design at the appropriate scale.

  • Dismantling and removal can be included in the project and scheduled in advance.

LET'S BUILD SOMETHING EXTRAORDINARY

Tell us about the space, what you're planning and roughly where you'd like the budget to sit. You don't need a finished brief — photographs, plans or even the beginnings of an idea are enough to start.
