WHAT WE CREATE

EVERY EVENT ASKS FOR SOMETHING DIFFERENT

A dinner for twenty people needs something very different from a product launch, a party or a floral installation covering the front of a building. We design each event from scratch, responding to the space, the occasion and what the flowers actually need to do.

The scale changes. The thinking doesn't. Whether we're dressing a dinner table or covering the front of a building, the starting point is always the same: understand the space and work out what will make the biggest difference.

THE DETAILS PEOPLE SIT AMONGST

At a dinner, the flowers are experienced from inches away. Height, scent, candlelight, glassware and sightlines all matter. The design has to feel generous without getting between the people sitting around it.

02 / THE ROOM

CHANGING THE ATMOSPHERE

Once the scale increases, individual arrangements become part of something much bigger. Entrances, bars, tables, stages and focal points need to work together so the whole room feels considered rather than simply decorated.

03 / THE BUILDING

WHEN THE FLOWERS TAKE OVER

Some projects need to work from the other side of the street. Floral façades and large installations are designed around architecture, structure, access and scale — with enough impact to completely change the way a familiar building is seen.

OUR APPROACH

THE ROOM COMES FIRST

Before deciding what the flowers should look like, we look at where they're going. Ceiling height, entrances, sightlines, lighting, existing interiors and how guests will use the space all affect what the flowers need to do.

ARCHITECTURE

We start with what's already there. The proportions, entrances and existing interiors help determine where flowers will have the greatest impact.

SCALE

A beautiful arrangement can disappear if it's the wrong scale. We consider how the flowers will look from across the room as well as close up.

LIGHT & ATMOSPHERE

Daylight, evening lighting and candlelight change how flowers are experienced. Sometimes the flowers make the statement; sometimes the room should.

HOW PEOPLE USE THE SPACE

Where guests sit, stand, move and take photographs matters. We design around sightlines and how the event actually works.
The aim isn't to put flowers everywhere. It's to make the whole space feel right.

HOW AN EVENT ACTUALLY COMES TOGETHER

Every event is different, but the process should feel straightforward. From the first conversation to the final stem being cleared away, we take care of the flowers, planning and practical details.

TELL US WHAT YOU'RE PLANNING

Send us the date, venue, guest numbers and an idea of what you have in mind. A budget is useful too — it helps us understand the scale from the beginning.

WE LOOK AT THE SPACE

We'll talk through the venue and what the event needs. For larger projects we can arrange a site visit and work directly with your venue, planner or production team.

WE DEVELOP THE IDEA

We consider flowers, colour, scale, installations, candlelight and styling, always designing around the room rather than working from a package.

PROPOSAL & PLANNING

We put together the design, scope and costs, then work through timings, access and installation requirements so everyone knows what is happening.

WE BUILD IT

Our team delivers and installs everything on site, working alongside the venue and other suppliers to have the space ready when it needs to be.

AND WE TAKE IT AWAY AGAIN

When required, we return after the event to dismantle installations, clear the flowers and leave the venue as we found it.

Large event installations involve access, timings, structures, deliveries, ladders, loading bays, venue restrictions and often several other suppliers trying to work in the same space at once.

Having spent more than twenty years creating and installing flowers for events, we design with all of that in mind from the beginning.

We work directly with venues, planners and production teams, plan the practical details before installation day and stay involved right through to the finished space.

Because knowing how something will actually be built is just as important as knowing how you want it to look.

EVENT FLOWERS — QUESTIONS ANSWERED

Every event is different, but these are some of the things we're most often asked before we begin.
  • Private parties, dinners, launches, brand events, corporate events, celebrations, restaurants, hotels and large-scale floral installations. If flowers can transform the space, we're interested.
  • For larger events, the earlier the better, particularly during busy periods. That said, we're used to working quickly, so it's always worth asking even if the date is close.
  • Yes. Where appropriate we can arrange a site visit to understand the room, access, scale and practical requirements before finalising the design.
  • Absolutely. We regularly work alongside planners, venues, caterers, production companies and brand teams.
  • There isn't a standard package because every event is different. Venue, scale, flower choice, installations, labour and timings all affect the cost. Tell us your approximate budget and we can advise what will create the greatest impact.
  • Yes. Where required, our team can handle delivery, installation and post-event removal so the floral element is managed from beginning to end.
  • Yes. We work throughout London and can travel across the UK and internationally for suitable projects.
