WEDDING FLORAL DESIGN & STYLING

Every wedding has its own character. Our job is to understand yours and create flowers that feel as though they were always meant to be there.

From the ceremony to dinner and everything in between, we consider the whole day — the venue, season, colours, scale and atmosphere — creating a floral design that feels beautifully connected from beginning to end.

WHY COUPLES CHOOSE WARREN BUSHAWAY

  • A minimalist black line-art floral illustration above the text 'Designed As One Complete Story' and a smaller descriptive paragraph on a light gray background.
  • A promotional graphic with a black line-art illustration of a floral arrangement in a vase, a small card, and a cup inside a curved decorative frame. Below the illustration, the text reads 'COMPLETENLY BESPOKE' and additional descriptive copy about custom event design packages and styles.
  • A wedding stationery graphic on a white background featuring a black line art illustration of a hand writing in a journal with a rose and stars. Below the illustration, the text reads 'PERSONALLY LED BY WARREN' followed by a paragraph explaining that Warren personally guides the creative direction of the wedding.

FROM THE CEREMONY TO THE LAST DETAIL

A wedding rarely happens in just one place. There might be an entrance, ceremony, drinks reception, dinner and an evening celebration — sometimes all within completely different spaces.

We design the flowers across the whole day, from ceremony installations and aisle flowers to tables, staircases, fireplaces, bars and larger-scale floral features. Where it makes sense, arrangements can be moved and reworked between spaces so that the design — and your budget — works as hard as possible.

And when a room needs more than flowers, we look at the bigger picture too: candlelight, vessels, styling and the way each space changes as the day moves into evening.

SEEING IT BEFORE WE CREATE IT

It can be difficult to imagine how a room will look when all you have is a venue, a colour palette and a collection of ideas.

That’s why the design stage is such an important part of what we do. We develop mood boards and visual concepts that bring together the flowers, colours, proportions and key installations, giving you a much clearer picture of how the finished wedding will feel.

It also gives us something tangible to work from together. Ideas can evolve, details can be refined and decisions can be made long before we arrive with the first flower.

WEDDINGS WE’VE HAD THE PLEASURE OF CREATING

No two weddings should ever look quite the same. Here are a few celebrations we’ve designed, each shaped by a different couple, venue and idea of what their wedding should feel like.

FROM FIRST CONVERSATION TO WEDDING DAY

Once we understand what you’re planning, we take care of the floral side from beginning to end.

We’ll develop the design with you, visit the venue where needed, work alongside your planner and other suppliers, and take care of all the practical details behind the scenes.

When the wedding day arrives, our team handles the installation, styling and final details before your guests arrive. Warren remains personally involved throughout, making sure what we create on the day feels every bit as considered as the original design.

LET’S TALK ABOUT YOUR WEDDING

If you’re planning your wedding and looking for flowers that feel personal to you and completely at home in your venue, we’d love to hear what you have in mind.

Tell us your date, your venue and a little about the day you’re planning. It doesn’t matter if you have every detail worked out or you’re starting with little more than an idea — that’s what the first conversation is for.
