2. OUR WEBSITE

We operate london.florist to provide information about our flowers and floristry services and to allow customers to place orders and make enquiries.

We try to ensure that information on the website is accurate and current.

Because flowers are natural, seasonal products and our work is created individually, photographs and descriptions should be understood as representing the overall style, colour palette, character and approximate scale of a design rather than guaranteeing that every individual stem will always be available.

We may update, change or remove website content from time to time.

Changes to the website will not alter an existing contract or confirmed order unless we agree the change with you or a change is required by law.

3. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

All flowers and products are subject to availability.

Fresh flowers vary naturally according to season, weather, growing conditions and market availability.

Where a particular flower or variety shown in a photograph is unavailable or is not of sufficient quality, we may make a reasonable substitution using flowers of equivalent or greater quality and value.

Where possible, substitutions will preserve the overall colour palette, style, character and value of the arrangement ordered.

If a proposed substitution would materially alter the nature of the product, we will try to contact you before proceeding.

If we cannot provide the product ordered or a reasonable alternative, we will contact you and offer an appropriate alternative, rescheduling where suitable, or a refund.

4. FLORIST'S CHOICE

Florist's Choice arrangements are intentionally designed using the flowers our florists consider particularly beautiful and appropriate at the time.

You may provide preferences such as colour, occasion or flowers you particularly like or dislike.

We will take reasonable account of those preferences, but ordering Florist's Choice means you are giving our florists creative discretion over the final selection and arrangement of flowers.

Exact varieties cannot be guaranteed unless specifically agreed with us in writing.

5. PRICES

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£).

Prices shown on the website include applicable taxes where required.

Delivery charges and any other applicable charges will be shown before you complete your order.

For bespoke floristry, weddings, events, installations, corporate work and other custom projects, the price will normally be provided separately in a quotation or proposal.

A quotation may be subject to an acceptance period stated within it.

We will not increase the agreed price of a confirmed consumer order without a valid reason and, where required, your agreement.

When placing an online order, you are responsible for providing accurate information including:
