Every Halloween project starts with the space.

A London home needs something very different from a Mayfair restaurant, a Chelsea shopfront or a London hotel. We look at the architecture, the surroundings and how people will experience the finished installation before deciding what belongs there.

Sometimes that means hundreds of pumpkins tumbling down steps. Sometimes it's extraordinary autumn foliage, flowers and branches taking over an entrance. And sometimes the brief calls for something much bigger.

Designed by Warren Bushaway and the London Event Florist team, every Halloween installation is created individually — from private homes and intimate dinners to restaurants, hotels, businesses, events and entire buildings.

HALLOWEEN, ACCORDING TO WARREN.

I've never been particularly interested in simply putting decorations onto a building.

For me, the interesting bit is working out what the building can become.

After more than 25 years working with flowers and creating installations, you learn that scale matters, proportion matters and sometimes the thing you thought would never work is exactly the thing you should do.

Halloween gives us permission to push things a little further — enormous quantities of autumn foliage, hundreds of pumpkins, unexpected flowers and ideas that might be completely ridiculous at any other time of year.

But underneath all of that theatre, it still has to be beautifully made.

Yes. London Event Florist designs and installs bespoke Halloween decorations across London for private homes, restaurants, hotels, shops, offices, venues, parties and events. Every project is designed individually around the space rather than chosen from a standard package.
Yes. We create everything from individual entrances and pumpkin displays to large-scale Halloween installations, shopfronts, façades and complete building transformations. Larger projects are designed specifically around the architecture and practical requirements of the site.
Yes. Our Halloween at Home service covers London homes, including front doors, steps, porches, hallways, staircases, fireplaces, dining rooms and complete indoor and outdoor transformations.
Yes. We can create bespoke Halloween entrances using pumpkins, gourds, seasonal flowers, berries, branches and autumn foliage. The design is developed around the proportions and architecture of the property.
Yes. We design Halloween installations for London restaurants and bars, including entrances, terraces, dining rooms, bars and other customer-facing spaces.

Yes. Depending on the design, we work with real pumpkins and gourds alongside seasonal flowers, berries, branches, foliage and other materials. As florists, natural materials are often central to the way we approach Halloween.
Absolutely. You do not need to arrive with a finished idea. Send us photographs of the property or venue, tell us what you would like the installation to achieve and give us an idea of budget. We can develop the creative direction from there.
Yes. We can either develop the concept ourselves or work alongside your creative, marketing, events or brand team to interpret an existing direction for the space.
Every project is quoted individually. Cost depends on scale, materials, flowers, pumpkins, bespoke construction, access, installation time and whether removal is required. A private front-door installation and a complete commercial building transformation are naturally very different projects.
Yes. In fact, knowing the available budget is extremely helpful. It allows us to design realistically and concentrate the spend in the areas that will create the greatest impact.
October is one of our busiest installation periods and the days immediately before Halloween fill particularly quickly. Large or technically complex installations should be discussed as early as possible, although it is always worth asking about shorter-notice availability.
Where practical, yes. Commercial Halloween installations can be planned around access, trading hours and venue requirements to minimise disruption.
Yes. Dismantling and removal can be arranged as part of the project where required.
We are based in Chiswick and work across London, including Chelsea, Kensington, Notting Hill, Holland Park, Richmond, Fulham, Hammersmith, Battersea, Belgravia, Knightsbridge, Mayfair, Soho, Covent Garden, Marylebone, Hampstead, St John's Wood and surrounding areas.
